Sino Gold’s share register in Australia is managed by Registries Limited and our share register in Hong Kong is managed by Computershare.
Queries regarding number of shares held, change of address and other matters regarding your shareholding should be directed to the relevant share registrar.
Sino Gold's shares are fully fungible (freely exchangeable) between the Company’s share registers in Australia and Hong Kong. An outline of the procedures to transfer shares is set out in the Processing Time and Fee Schedule. Your stockbroker should be able to facilitate transfers between the two share registers.
