Sino Gold’s shares have traded on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX Code: SGX), since an initial public offering of shares in December 2002.
Sino Gold became the first ASX-listed company to list on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (SEHK Code: 1862) in March 2007.
As at 1 July 2008, Sino Gold had on issue 291.3 million ordinary shares and 10.5 million unlisted options.
